Our mission is to get families outside and to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards by teaching them through hands-on, interactive play in the world’s best classroom- nature!

Roxanna is the heart of Nature Play Seattle. With several years of outdoor teaching experience, she believes that not all classrooms have four walls. The best learning environments are able to both calm and stimulate developing nervous systems, integrate multiple senses, and bring hands-on activities to life. That’s what learning in nature means.
